Due to the nature of what we do, we are unable to guarantee stock availability. Payment will be taken from your credit card at the point that you place your order. Once your order is placed an email will be sent to you confirming your order details and this will be followed up by a second e-mail at the point that your order has been dispatched. We require you to give us a valid email address so you can receive these emails.

Expectations reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion. We will try to ensure that our prices are accurate and reserve the right to correct the prices if we discover an error. In this event, you will be entitled to cancel your order or re-confirm it at the correct price.

It is not possible to cancel electronic commerce, online, if you want to cancel an order before it is dispatched please contact us at or use or the contact form. If you are unhappy with your goods once they have arrived you are entitled to return them for a refund or replacement unless made to order or intimate in nature. Please check the order confirmation screen carefully before completing your order.

If you leave instructions regarding delivery in the order comments box, we cannot guarantee that these will be followed as our third party partners are not always able to comply with them.


The delivery time stated in which you will receive your order is approximate (see Shipping Rates for more information). All goods will be sent to the delivery address given by you and stated in the order confirmation. Please note we may send items by split delivery, but we do not charge you additional postage if and when we do this.

If your delivery address is outside the UK you may be liable for import duties or taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional costs for customs clearance must be paid by you. If you have any queries regarding this, we advise you to contact your local customs office. We are not responsible for any charges incurred.

Please note that when shipping goods across international borders they are liable to be opened for inspection by customs authorities. If seized by your local customs office, we will not be liable to refund or replace the order in any part.

We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control.


It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic ‘fingerprints’ of every order placed on our website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

We reserve the right to terminate this agreement and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice to you if:

  • You fail to make any payment to us when due; you breach the terms of this agreement.
  • When requested by us to do so, you fail to provide us within a reasonable time with sufficient information to enable us to determine the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity.
  • We suspect you have engaged, or are about to engage, or have in any way been involved, in fraudulent or illegal activity on the site.

These terms and conditions supersede any and all other conditions, commitments, agreements relating to your purchase and are subject to laws and jurisdiction of U.K law.


We strive to offer our customers the highest quality products from a vast range of items. However, if in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty, incorrect or unwanted, you may return it to us. Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from the date that you received the goods.

Important - Please include the following information to enable us to deal with your return effectively and efficiently:

  1. Your order number.
  2. Your name and address.
  3. The reason for the item(s) return to ensure that your query is dealt with efficiently by our returns department.
  4. We suggest that you send returns to us by a tracked or recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held liable for packages that may go missing in the post.

Please keep a note of your order number in case you need to contact us regarding your return.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on items of an intimate nature such as sex toys, medical or cock rings unless faulty. If you are purchasing jocks or underwear please try on over your own clothing and return in the original packaging in a resalable condition.

Once we have received your return, we may offer you an exchange or a full refund if required.

Custom and Made to Order items (including leather and rubber) and intimate items cannot be returned unless faulty. You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us.

Items that are faulty are dealt with on an individual basis and we will normally refund return postage. All goods are guaranteed for 30 days against manufacturing defects and will be inspect and agreed a faulty by Expectations. For some items, such as E-Stim/Electro it may be necessary to send to the manufacturer, before we can accept as faulty. Once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a repair, replacement, exchange or refund.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Discount Codes

Discount (or voucher) codes are valid online only. They are not valid for sales instore. Non-specific discount codes are valid for all online purchases except multi-pack product, products already on discount, on sale, or made to measure items. Only one use per code per customer.

Entire Agreement

The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Expectations. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Millivres Prowler Limited.

None of the above affects your statutory rights under English Law.

Cancelling an Order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

From 13 June 2014 the new Consumer Contracts Regulations apply to all purchases customers make at a distance, so either online, mail order, over the phone or through a shopping channel (you can find more information here).


The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 offers you the following cancellation rights when you buy online or by phone from Expectations:

  1. You may cancel your contract/order if you wish, as long as you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or services.
  2. Your right to return products does not apply to goods made to your specification, such as Made to Order/customised items (including rubber and leather), or that have been clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned. This may include underwear, cock rings, cock sheaths, ball stretchers, nipple toys, dildos, gags, butt plugs, genital and medical toys or those liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  3. If you would like to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.
  4. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address.

  6. If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply. This will include the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery)
  7. If you require a replacement item, this will be dependent on us having the item you require in stock.
  8. After this time returns will be considered but this will be at our discretion (unless faulty or within a specific warranty period).
  9. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.
  10. When returning an item or items to the Expectations webstore please take reasonable care as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post and we strongly recommend using an insured, trackable postal service for this.
