Hassle Free Returns
Expectations offer a hassle free returns policy. If you are dissatisfied in any way with your order you may return any or all items within 30 days for a full refund. As long as everything arrives back in pristine condition, we will refund the credit or debit card used when placing your order. Refunds are issued within 3 days of the goods arriving back at Expectations (see below). This does not affect your statutory rights.
What are the exceptions?
You may return / exchange items including underwear as long as they have only been worn in order to try them on. We cannot accept items which have clearly been worn beyond this, unless they are shown to be faulty in manufacture.
Intimate items such as dildos, butt plugs, catheters, speculums and bougies cannot be returned once used - for reasons of hygiene - unless faulty in manufacture. If in any doubt, please email sales@expectations.co.uk before sending.
Made to measure items cannot be returned unless they are faulty in manufacture.

Please send using a method that is insured and trackable, and let us know the tracking ID for the shipment. Within the UK, Recorded (signed for) delivery is recommended. It is your responsibility to ensure your returned items arrive back safe and sound. Expectations cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. Please ensure the items are suitably packaged.
Please include your invoice / this form with the returned items.
For items which are deemed to be faulty, we will refund you the cost of return postage.
