How long will my order take?

We try our best to despatch in stock items within 3-5 days. If the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will let you know and the item will be sent when it comes back into stock. You will only be charged for the item when we send it. We try to send any out of stock items to you within 14 days.

We despatch all items through Royal Mail, unless your package is over 2kgs, in which case, it’s sent via a courier.
If your order is over £50, this will be sent via a recorded service.

International orders are despatched using Royal Mail in the UK and local postal services and can take between 10-14 days to arrive. International orders over £30 are sent via a recorded service where available.

Please note that all orders will be placed according to the carrier’s standard procedures. If your package does not fit through your letterbox it may be taken back to the postal depot for collection. If your item has not been delivered, please check with your local sorting office before contacting us, to see if they are holding an item for you.
