With three snap fastenings, there are three approximate sizes.
Smallest setting - 10 1/2" (26.5cm approx)
Medium setting - 11 1/2" (29cm approx)
Largest setting - 12 1/2" (32cm approx) - STRETCHES UP TO APPROX 16" (40.5cm)

REMEMBER - RUBBER DOES STRETCH! BICEP STRAPS LOOK BEST WHEN WORN NICE AND TIGHT.
